About Me
I’m an Instructional Designer and bilingual curriculum developer with 5+ years of experience creating engaging, effective learning programs. I specialize in transforming complex content into clear, accessible learning experiences for adult learners.
My Background
I designed and launched a proprietary Foreign Language Program with bilingual curriculum translated into 5 languages, achieving 2x enrollment growth within 6 months after launch. I’ve applied ADDIE methodology across instructor-led training, eLearning development, and blended learning environments—managing teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery from needs assessment through evaluation. Currently, I teach ESL at Central Piedmont Community College while actively pursuing instructional design opportunities where I can leverage my curriculum development expertise and bilingual skills.
My Approach
I believe effective learning design starts with understanding the learner and the intended usage and goals. I use data-driven insights, adult learning principles, and iterative design processes to create training solutions that yield measurable results.
